Week 9/2009: This was my tenth visit in dog sport hotel called Hotel Wolf. Regular staff and customers know me and my good manners, but there are always some new visitors, who have never seen a basenji before. Every time the same phrases: "This is a barkless dog breed from Africa, though this one comes from Sweden."

On Friday afternoon I had an hour massage session with a dog physiotherapist. Why do all the physiotherapists call me a mouse? In the evening we took 30 minutes agility training and as usual after a months pause, I had some extra energy to put into the agility course. After I made my own track, started I obey Cami's wishes. You can see from my appearance that I LOVE agility, but for Ciara, agility is just a training session.

Saturday started with a beautiful sunshine, so we took an hours circuit by running free on a snow field. Then we woke up the master Mika and drove together to a restaurant, where we ate a grilled duck for lunch. After lunch we had another hours hike in the castle Linderhof park. I was sure there could be found some deer, but due to the 1,5 meters high snow, it was impossible to start a hunting session. In the afternoon we had agility training. Then we all went together to a Finnish sauna, where I relaxed in the lowest level, Ciara at the middle level and the human beings at the highest one. It was very easy to fall into sleep after the sauna.

On Sunday we started the last session of agility. This was the first time Ciara showed that she liked the track, due to the reason, that there were no normal jumps, which Ciara dislikes. For me every agility obstacle is fun. My family desided to visit Munich Olympia Park on way back. There were no snow left in the park, but it was very muddy. I showed immediately my best talent: hunting the real rabbits. This time I found one, but it didn't like to run with me, but managed to hide to a rabbit nest hole from me. I used a lot of time to find more rabbits, but there were too much people and dogs interfering my hunting session.
